Our scope covered the design and installation of a custom LED stage, supported by dynamic lighting design that transformed the venue and elevated the overall atmosphere of the event. The stage setup was carefully engineered to support panel discussions, keynote sessions, and presentations while maintaining clear sightlines and a strong visual identity. In addition to technical production, Medan handled branding across multiple touchpoints, including stage visuals, printed booklets, posters, and on-ground branding elements, ensuring a cohesive and professional look throughout the venue.
