Medan designed and executed the PDO IHFTC Booth at OCEC, delivering a distinctive exhibition presence that reflected PDO’s role as both Main Sponsor and Hosting Sponsor of the event. The booth was conceived to communicate leadership, credibility, and strong brand presence through a unique architectural design and thoughtfully planned spatial layout. Our scope covered end-to-end design and execution, ensuring a seamless transformation from concept to on-ground delivery. The booth incorporated interactive elements that enhanced visitor engagement while maintaining a clean, corporate aesthetic aligned with PDO’s brand identity. Every detail was carefully considered to create an inviting, functional space that supported interaction, visibility, and flow throughout the event. In addition, Medan managed the production and supply of corporate gifts, custom-branded to complement the booth experience and reinforce PDO’s presence beyond the exhibition space. The result was a cohesive, impactful booth that successfully positioned PDO at the center of the IHFTC experience.
